Client Experience Manager
Alyssa Ferraro joined the Summit Orlando team in 2016. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Prior to working at Summit, Alyssa spent over a decade building an impressive resume in the areas of marketing, business development, and customer service. As Client Experience Manager, Alyssa plays an integral role in client-facing communications and marketing for Summit. Her creative background and passion for personalized experiences are evident in her commitment to providing world-class service to our clients.
Alyssa was recently nominated by TD Ameritrade Institutional to participate in their Client Experience Panel for the 2020-2023 term. This panel of 32 professionals from across the country have committed to serve as the “voice” of the RIA community, brainstorming and problem solving together to produce recommendations for TD Ameritrade Institutional. Her feedback will help to help guide decisions on various services, procedures and technologies and how to best enhance the Client Experience.
Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters. You can often find them together biking on the trails around Central Florida. Alyssa is a talented artist and has been featured at the Orlando Museum of Art on multiple occasions.
