Korina Gainey

Client Service Specialist & Director of First Impressions

Korina joined the Summit Wealth Partners team in 2019. A Southwest Florida native, she obtained her associate’s degree from Edison State College before transferring to the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL to major in English Literature. During her time at UCF, she was an active member of Alpha Phi Omega, a co-ed community service fraternity on campus that was active in helping causes like Second Harvest Food Bank and Letters to Soldiers. She assisted with leadership of freshman pledge classes and singlehandedly brought the fraternity their first film win of Best Greek Life Homecoming Video as writer, director, and videographer.

Coming home to her roots after college, she decided she wanted to switch gears by giving back to the community she came from by building its future. Korina spent several years serving in the property management industry as a coordinator, striving to exceed the expectations of customer service while executing unforgettable stays for Naples’ elite seasonal and annual residents at Naples Bay Resort, Treviso Bay, and Port Royal, to name a few of the many area associations she partnered with during her time working on illustrious 5th Avenue South.

Striving to Exceed Expectations of Customer Service.

Looking to make a switch, she took her passion for client service by channeling that into the Finance World. At Summit, Korina serves to be a diverse member of the team as a notary and remote online notary for the great state of Florida. She’s currently involved in her financial services studies, working on obtaining her series 65 certification to evolve in her role at Summit to help better serve clients. Passionate about client service, Korina strives to deliver an exemplary and memorable experience for everyone.

Outside of work, Korina enjoys devoting her time to various creative endeavors. She has had several of her literary works featured in national publications, and her fine art has been presented at Howl Gallery in Fort Myers, FL.  On weekends you can find her grabbing coffee at the farmers market or at Disney World with her husband.
