Client Service Specialist
The Client Service Specialist plays a crucial role in consistently delivering a memorable client experience. They’re responsible for making sure client needs are met pleasantly, accurately, and in a timely manner. The position focuses on providing team member support as the direct contact for processing most client service requests.
A high degree of direct communication with clients is required. Therefore, pleasant, clear, and concise verbal and written skills are a must. Superior customer service is paramount for new and existing clients via telephone and personally in-office. The focus of the Client Service Specialist should be one of accommodation toward fellow team members in the firm and firm clients with close attention to detail and special emphasis on personally exemplifying the long-term organizational vision and objectives.
Client Relationship Manager
The Client Relationship Manager plays a key role in consistently delivering a memorable client experience. They’re responsible for making sure client needs are met pleasantly, accurately, and timely. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of financial markets and wealth management.
The position’s focus is on providing support for Senior Wealth Advisors. A high degree of direct communication with clients is required. Therefore pleasant, clear, and concise verbal and written skills are a must. Superior customer service is paramount for new and existing clients via telephone and personally in-office. The focus of the Client Relationship Manager should be one of accommodation toward advisors, clients, and team members, with close attention to detail.
